The Edge at Akers is a food court style dining facility featuring a range of cuisines and six distinct entrée venue stations, serving a variety of items.

The Pit:

Smoker Side: Pulled BBQ Chicken Sandwich, Grilled Hamburger, Sweet Potato Fries

Grill Side: Scrambled Eggs, French Toast Sticks, Cheese and Onion Hashbrowns, Bacon, Vegetarian Sausage Patties, French Waffles

Tandoori:

Lamb Doner Kebab (Halal), Baked Koshari, Garlic Naan, Curried Cauliflower, Green Beans and Tomatoes

Sticks and Noodles:

Made-to-Order Omelets and Waffles

Stacks:

Made-to-Order Sandwiches, Three Alarm Chili, Vegetarian Soup of the Day, Salad Bar, and Fresh-Baked Bread

 Slices:

Pepperoni Pizza, Cheese Pizza, Chef’s Choice Pasta Bake, S’mores Pizza
