Update-Fall Wednesday Workshops
As part of the Intensive English Program
Curriculum, the English Language Center is happy to present the Fall 2009
Wednesday Workshop Series. This series of workshops will be led by ELC faculty
members and will focus on interesting aspects of language and American culture.
Students are encouraged to take advantage of these opportunities to practice
English and interact with students across all levels in this fun and relaxed

Soongsil University, May 2009
Students from Soongsil University in Seoul,
Korea give our External Programs Coordinator, Carol Wilson-Duffy, a big
welcome. Carol visited Soongsil, along with a number of other
universities in both Japan and Korea!
And the Globie Goes to...
This year the ELC's very own Patricia Walters, was awarded a Globie for
dedication to student services and commitment to helping students persue their dreams of a Spartan education! Thank you Pato for all you do!
