Applications for the 2021 Strategies for Teaching Across Fields (STAF) workshop are open!
This year’s workshop is for faculty who work primarily with undergraduate students in courses that include writing assignments (sometimes Tier II designated, but sometimes not).
Each spring, the Writing Center facilitates this professional development workshop wherein attendees are given strategies and support in evolving their courses’ writing assignments, assessment methods, and writing/reading pedagogies. Participants span the entirety of the university’s colleges, and event organizers tailor each spring’s event to the requests and needs of applicants selected to participate.
