Dates
The full-semester dates for upcoming IEP courses are:
- Summer Semester 2024: 5/13/2024 to 7/26/2024**
- Fall Semester 2024: 8/26/2024 to 12/5/2024*
- Spring Semester 2025: 1/13/2025 to 4/24/2025*
*The above dates indicate the first day of class and the last day of class. New students to the ELC must take the MSU English Language Test in person (on campus) on the Friday prior to the first day of class.
**Students enrolled in summer IEP courses may be eligible to continue their enrollment in Preparation for Academic Life (PAL) for the three weeks following the end of summer classes.
IMPORTANT: In order to allow for processing applications to the ELC, we ask that prospective students follow these deadlines.
The deadline to submit all application materials for
Fall semester 2024 is May 1st
Spring semester 2025 is September 1st
Summer session 2025 is January 15th
Application materials received after these deadlines will be moved to the next semester.
Tuition
- Fall and Spring Semesters: $8,255
- Summer Semester: $7,150
- Short programs (any semester):
- 8 weeks: $4,400
- 4 weeks: $2,200
