Our summer Intensive English Program students visited Mooville Creamery in Nashville, MI enjoying a scenic drive through Michigan farmlands. At the farm, we learned how this dairy uses robots to feed, clean, and milk the cows, how the cows here produce milk that can be tolerated by lactose intolerant consumers, and — of course — we enjoyed the ice cream!
