The MSU English Language Center (ELC) is pleased to announce the recipients of the inaugural Dr. Wu-Yi So Memorial Scholarship. The 2023 recipients are Minsheng Lin and Xiangxiang Jiang.
Minsheng Lin is a graduate student in the School of Packaging at Michigan State University. In his scholarship essay, Minsheng defined how knowing a second language has helped his MSU studies.
Xiangxiang Jiang is an undergraduate student at Michigan State University. In his scholarship essay, Xiangxiang addressed some of his academic and personal goals for the next 5 years.
Both students will be invited to attend the ELC’s Spring Semester 2024 End of Term Party to be recognized for their achievements.
