Summer English Program students and teachers attended the MSU Juneteenth Commemorative Celebration last Friday at the Breslin Center where they enjoyed music, dinner, art, and a vendor fair, as they learned about the significance of Juneteenth and about American history through the theme, “Acknowledging the Journey: Freedom, Resilience, Empowerment and Liberation”.
