On September 30th, the University of Massachusetts Amherst and Michigan State’s College of Arts & Letters were Chosen as 2024 Delphi Award Winners. This wonderful award from the Pullias Center for Higher Education is part of their efforts in promotion equity in higher education, and the winners are selected because of the college’s support for contingent faculty, also known as VITAL (Visiting, Instructors, Temporary, Adjuncts and Lecturers) Faculty. The award was lead by Associate Dean Sonja Fritzsche and her leadership with the Advisory Committee’s Non-Tenure Track Task Force that included the ELC Director.
