On April 10th, the ELC celebrated another successful semester together with a potluck after our usual meeting. Amy brought her famous cheesy potatoes, Matthew brought his Snickers salad, Laura baked fresh bread among many other delicious items. Happy spring semester to all!
Staring in January, we moved our meetings to in-person. All welcomed the opportunity to spend time together outside of Zoom and Teams and having this potluck was such a treat. We hope to continue meeting in-person in the fall.
