Sparty statue on a Summer day. Sparty is the largest free-standing ceramic statue in the USA.

With the summer semester in full swing, the students in the Integrated Skills Course led by Maida Walters visited sites around campus to learn more about MSU.

First, the students competed in a scavenger hunt around campus and visited the many incredible facilities and sites at MSU. Second, the ELC students visited the BROAD on campus and toured through the many exhibits. Finally, the students visited the Facility for Rare Isotope Beams on campus and were led through an informative and engaging tour by Zachary Constan, Ph.D, Outreach Coordinator. From Ms. Walters: “Thank you, Zach! It was an amazing experience for all of us.”

Keep up the great work everyone!
