Undergraduate ITA Program Assistantship

The English Language Center International Teaching Assistant Program hires undergraduate student assistants each semester to participate in a variety of activities designed to help prepare international teaching assistants enrolled in ITA support classes for future teaching assignments at MSU. Undergraduate assistants attend ITA student presentations and provide feedback, participate in online recording assignments, and meet with ITAs outside of class to help familiarize them with the typical lives of the undergraduate students they will one day be teaching.  These assistants help contextualize the information that ITAs are learning in class about the American university system and how to interact effectively with undergraduate students.
