ELC Director Dustin De Felice and External Programs Coordinator Mark Albee were invited by the College of Education to speak with several visiting scholars from Pakistan who are taking part in a US Department of State leadership program at MSU. They discussed their roles at their respective institutions and opportunities for collaboration in the areas of applied linguistics and ESL teacher training.
